Making a Purchase 
 
To purchase merchandise available from The Little Box Company please browse our website, and click on any items you may wish to buy putting them into the Shopping Cart using the Add to Cart button. When you have finished shopping, click the Checkout button, and you will be asked for details needed to fulfil your order. Payment's will be made using PayPal. Credit Card payments made by customers residing outside the UK will be charged in their own currency. 
 
Shipping and Handling costs 
 
UK Shipping - we endeavour to keep postage charges to an absolute minimum. Prices shown on our website are for Mainland UK only. For overseas delivery charges please contact us before placing an order. 
 
Delivery Schedule 
 
Orders are dispatched within 7 working days provided all items are in stock. Where items are not in stock we will contact you immediately advising when your order will be fulfilled. Delivery times for shipments abroad are typically 7 - 12 days from receipt of the order. Our aim is to expedite all orders as quickly as possible. 
 
Tax Charges 
 
All goods and services provided in the United Kingdom are subject to Value Added Tax which is currently 20%. This tax is already included in the purchase price. 
 
Credit Card Security 
 
Your purchase payment is made using PayPal. You will be able to pay using either a credit card or your PayPal account if you have one. When PayPal inform us of the successful payment, we will send you an email detailing your purchase.

RETURNS POLICY: 
 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us at Eton House, Springfield Road, Windsor SL4 3PS, within seven days of purchase and return the goods within fourteen days of purchase. Provided they are in perfect condition, we will issue a refund for the value of the goods.
